Shoutout to Callum!

Had a pretty rough stay. Callum at reception was the only bright spot. Our room had black mold, and I found the shower had no hot water. Breakfast was just a piece of fruit! I was so put off after my meal came with nasty bread. Think they really need to improve their cleanliness and food quality.

The lady at reception was super welcoming, just like a breath of fresh air after a long drive, and the room was clean, comfy enough for my kid to feel at home. Plus, the breakfast was not just decent. it was a solid start to the day with plenty of options to refuel us.

I was greeted by super friendly receptionists, which set a nice vibe. The room had loads of space, and the bedding was super comfy. The hotel's clearly being updated, which is great to see, but it was a quiet night's sleep. Though the bathroom could use a little freshening up, it doesn't ruin the chill stay. Oh, and the bar area was cozy for a drink!

We had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the convenience of walking to the concert and the comfy family room we shared. The lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and there’s even a cozy nook with games to unwind. The only downside was the old-fashioned key we received instead of a key card, but it didn’t ruin our fun at all! 🎶

The room was clean and well-maintained. A good walking distance to local pubs added to our experience. Would return for another concert!

I loved the hotel's proximity to Glasgow Green, which is just a pleasant 3.5 km stroll away, and the easy access to Dining options that were nearby made my stay enjoyable. I also appreciated that the staff were super friendly and always ready to assist, making it perfect for a single traveler like myself who enjoys exploring the city at my own pace.

I encountered some noise issues during my stay. The hotel hosted functions every night, leading to disturbances as the evening wore on. Better soundproofing might help improve the experience who prefer a quieter environment. I also noticed some areas in the hotel could use more regular cleaning, especially in common areas.
